Calling all participants aged 11+!
At this years Port Alberni Community Science Celebration we are putting on some extra special FREE TEENS ONLY programming!
The Science World Girls and STEAM team, presented by STEMCELL Technologies, is excited to host our first ever TEENS ONLY workshop at at the Port Alberni Community Science Celebration.
Running the workshop is the Port Alberni Makerspace, who will be bringing lots of epic acitvities and challenges for you and your team to tackle such as....
- Take part in building a bridge out of LEGO bricks and see how much weight it can hold
- Or team up and test resourcefulness and your dexterity in the Drain Pipe challenge.
- You and your team will use tools to help you save your creations from a potential disaster~
