❄️⛺️ This is a summer trip, feels like spring, in a winter like location. 3 nights in a winter tent, sleeping atop a glacier and above the clouds. Cross Countru Skiing during the day and filling out our days with yoga, meditation, high altitude back country nutrition workshop, story telling and laughter. We will also have a massage therapist on call down at our base camp incase weather moves in and we need some TLC to keep ourselves limber.
