Organized by

Glengarry Mental Health Initiative is an organization created to end the stigma around asking for help when struggling with mental health. Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry have seen numerous tragic events regarding issues with mental health that have resulted in the loss of beloved friends, family, and community members. We are aiming to continue to improve the availability of resources and educating the community on pro-actively understanding and coping with mental health. Our strategies include providing resources for therapy, educational initiatives and distributing MOOD kits. Our events are aimed to raise money to accomplish the initiative's goals; we also aim to raise awareness for the importance of mental health and start a conversation.
