This workshop will focus on how to plan and build your own rain garden and reap their benefits. Rain gardens attract pollinators and can even help to reduce flood risks in your neighbourhood.
You will also learn about how to design your rain garden to ensure you are eligible for the City of Guelph's Rain Garden Rebate program. Workshop participants will get first access to book a free home visit to get started on their rain garden and rebate application.
There are limited spots available for rain garden visits on a first come, first served basis so it is strongly recommended to attend a workshop to reserve your spot.
