Guidance will be offered on how to begin a daily meditation practice and, importantly, stay motivated, as well as how to integrate meditation into everyday life. The course will also explore the importance of living with intention—learning to set meaningful intentions at the start of each day and using mindfulness to remain connected with them, helping you discover more moments of calm and joy throughout your day.
