Join us on Zoom on the third Thursday of every month to learn more about land development from an expert speaker, pitch your deal or find your next investment opportunity and network with likeminded individuals.
Each session will include the following sections:
- LEARN - Educational presentation by an expert speaker on topics related to land development
- PITCH A DEAL - Deal presentation by members of the HDBC group looking for investors or JV partners. Each presenter will have up to 5 minutes to pitch their deal to the participants. If you have a deal to present, let us know before hand to reserve your spot.
- ACTION UPDATES - One minute update from participants on their recent actions. If you have taken an action to grow on business or personal side and would like to share that with the audience, let the organizer know during the session to reserve your spot.
- NETWORKING - We will allocate time to discuss topics of interest proposed by the group. Attendees can also introduce themselves to the group.
