Hearth Restaurant and Noble Wine are collaborating to hosting a wine dinner! Hearth has created a 5-course tasting menu featuring Saskatchewan spring ingredients to highlight the bright natty wines Noble is pairing with each course. Gina, a co-owner and the portfolio manager from Noble will be with us to talk all things wine for the night.
The dinner will take place in the beautiful galleria space on the third floor of the Remai Modern overlooking the South Saskatchewan River.
Noble Wine is a natural wine importer based out of Regina, SK. They do great things bringing unique wine options into the province of Saskatchewan and at Hearth we love working with them to help keep our wine list fresh. https://noblewine.ca/
