The impact that movement professionals have on the people they hold space for is immeasurable. We give our literal heat beats to our communities and this evening is an honouring of you and all that you do.

Let's come together and do what we do best, lean into the medicine of movement. We'll spend some time tending to the elephants in the room when it comes to the movement industry (hi, competition, burn out, blurry boundaries, injury, imposter syndrome) and realign with our why.

The world needs your magic, the world needs leaders who are doing the work.
