About this event

We are excited to invite you to join us for our online workshop: "How to Create a Safer Workplace for Racialized Women." This workshop stems from our 3-year research endeavor, "Towards a Feminist City of Surrey," which explored the hiring, retention and upward mobility of racialized women in different civic institutions in the city of Surrey. Facilitated by Michelle Tsutsumi and Zanna Ekeroth from Sunflower Facilitation and Counselling Co-op, this 2-hour session will delve into actionable strategies and insights. Together, we'll explore vital approaches to cultivating environments where racialized women thrive.

Who should attend? This workshop is tailored for leaders and managers within civic institutions responsible for fostering retention, and promoting upward mobility among employees.
