Jennifer Aberman is a trauma-Informed Therapeutic Counsellor & Mindfulness Educator in Vancouver, BC. She is an experienced facilitator with a strong background in mindfulness practice and instruction. With training in counselling and adult education, she has 5 years of experience in wellness education and leadership.

We understand that everyone's needs are different. We have added resources and contact information for the Crisis Centre on the alumni portal. (There’s a special discount for UCW Alumni!)

What is the format of this workshop?

This workshop will be held online via Zoom.

What happens if I’m unable to attend after I registered?

We understand that schedules can change. If you register and find you cannot attend, please let us know at alumni@ucanwest.ca as soon as possible, so we can open your spot to other alumni.

We're keeping the group size intimate to foster meaningful connections and allow for interactive participation during the discussions.

No, this workshop is designed exclusively for UCW alumni. Anyone who is not an alumnus will have their ticket canceled.
