Are you struggling to make friends as an adult?

Do you feel like you’re fighting a silent battle - and perhaps are embarrassed to admit that you have no friends and/or a community to rely on? Do you feel like your best efforts for acceptance have not spared you from experiencing friendship breakups? You are not alone.

Loneliness was recently declared a global public health threat by the World Health Organization (WHO, 2023). Humans are designed for connection so why are we struggling to forge meaningful connections? How did a biological need essential for our survival become so rare? Are some people just lucky?

Who Is This For?

This workshop is for you:

If you want to learn how to make friends and maintain them

If you still feels lonely even when you’re among your friend group.

If you feel like you’re constantly shape-shifting to be accepted.

If you find that you hide your true self so as to not be ostracized or seen as weird.

If you’re tired of having to constantly perform for connection.

If you’re find you’re lonely especially in your own company

🚀 What You Will Learn

If any of the above scenarios apply to you, then what you’re truly seeking is true belonging. I invite you to join me on this session to learn more.

In this interactive workshop, I will show you a different way of thinking about friendships and how to attract better connections.

True belonging is the highest level of connection you can attain. It is finding people that accept you for who you authentically are. Not who you pretend to be.

Remember, the goal is not to just have friends or a community for the sake of it. The goal is happiness, connection and the freedom to show up authentically and be accepted accordingly.

Dami is a third culture kid (TCK) who has lived across 3 continents. As early as the age of 5, she started living in a different country and had to learn to adapt to a new culture. Since then, she has packed her bag multiple times, grappled with an identity crisis and struggled with belonging. Through it all, life has been her best teacher. As an adult, her experiences relating with diverse individuals cross-culturally has empowered her to show up authentically and attract a community of humans that feel like home. She continues to champion these ideals on her podcast - “More Than One Story”, which is focused on elevating the multifaceted identities of individuals by empowering them to break out of boxes and recognize that they are more than one story.
