Welcome to our cozy online event where you can hustle at your own pace!

Hustle and grind culture can signficantly impact our mental health, leading to chronic stress and burnout. Why is the catchphrase always hustle harder, pushing us beyond our limits? I find that when I have a lot to do, the push to work hard on everything feels exhausting. I end up shutting down and avoiding the tasks. This extends even beyond work tasks and into housework and care tasks.

But when I am working with others in a low-pressure environment, I get more done and feel more confident in my work. The gentle accountability of showing up for a co-working event and setting the intention to work (or make a phone call, or empty the dishwasher, or eat breakfast) helps build the momentum to get some stuff done. Because as much as I don't like hustle culture, we all need to work right?

Every Monday we gather for a morning of virtual co-working and gentle accountability. Whether you're working on a project, studying, or just need some motivation, this event is for you. As a solo business owner, I know I will be working on my taxes!

Connect with like-minded individuals, share your goals, and support each other in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Let's do some work together, but remember to also take breaks and care for ourselves in the process.

SOME GUIDELINES + FORMAT

This is an online environment. Show up in the way that feels best for you - cameras on or off. Elspeth will always have a camera on to offer some body doubling if that is what you need.

We will begin with a check-in, either in the chat or spoken into the group. Share what you are working on for our session. You will get a reminder at the half-way mark, and then we will close at the end with a short guided movement/breath.

I want to try this out for a 6-week run, and then if we like this format, I will continue in May!

PRICING

Pay what you want for these co-working sessions. Please consider that there is limited space (20 participants max), so avoid buying tickets for multiple days if you are unsure if you will attend or not.

Something to consider: I know that I will show up to something if I have invested money into it! A $5 or $10 investment might be just the thing you need to get you online and working well.
