Ruth Rodgers launches her seventh historical fiction book, In Plain Sight. Will Finch-Hatton comes to Canada in 1872 to photograph the plotting of the 49th Parallel. He falls in love with Silent Running Wolf, a daring and unusual Blackfoot woman. As buffalo dwindle and the influx of white settlers change life on the plains, Will and Silent Running Wolf struggle to adapt. The launch is enhanced by an exhibition of her paintings. Free.
