Intro to Crystal Singing Bowl

If you are curious about learning to play the crystal singing bowl come and try! Bring your own bowl to practice with or use one of the crystal singing bowls that will be available. Learn basic techniques and uses for crystal singing bowl as well as their keys and corresponding chakras!

What you will need:
- a pen
- a notebook

THERE WILL BE MATS AND PILLOWS AVAILABLE. BUT FEEL FREE TO BRING ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE, SUCH AS LOOSE CLOTHING, A LIGHT BLANKET, WATER BOTTLE, A LIGHT SNACK ETC.

This is a private office in the Duncan Building at 119 W Pender St. on the 2nd floor. The front door is on street level, it is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. There is a bus stop out front where a number of busses stop as well as an Easy Park (Lot 2) on Cambie and Pender.
