About this event

Shifting from wife/husband, child or friend to caregiver is challenging, confusing and overwhelming. Navigating, advocating and organizing medication and treatment is challanging and complicated.

If you are feeling exhausted, experiencing anticipatory grief and a loss of your sense of self, come sit with other caregivers to feel supported.

Journey Home is a not-for-profit organization in the heart of Dundas, Ontario offering support and services to those dying and their loved ones. We seek to change how we experience death, dying and grief by creating beautiful deaths and meaningful memories at end-of-life.

We offer services to educate, inform and support our community including educational events, Death Doula Services, Caregiver Support, Palliative Support Groups, Grief Circles, Caregiver Support, and Death Cafes.
