Brian is an internationally accomplished Certified Yoga Instructor. His preference to a strong powerful practice and trainings in several therapeutic and meditation lineages of Raja Yoga offer a holistic blend to his practice.
Brian's belief is that the best version of ourselves can be realized on our Yoga mat.
