What do I need to bring?

To ensure you have the best experience we recommend bringing the following items:

Comfortable Clothing: sweats, pajamas - nothing fancy required here!
Yoga Mat: or camp mat/zero gravity chair whatever is best to support your body
Pillow and Blanket, Water Bottle and some like to bring an Eye Mask

Our bodies naturally emit frequencies which can go “out of tune” - sound therapy realigns the body/mind back into a harmonic balance by skillfully using specialized instruments that produce thick vibrations/frequencies that our bodies innately entrain to relieving the dis-ease of our body/mind.
