This event will include a 3 mile heart-pumping run/walk to celebrate physical health and will culminate with an experience that honors the heritage of Juneteenth with musical and culinary selections from local artists that will nourish the soul.
Join us on a journey that intertwines nutrition, physical health, and mental well-being for a celebration of culture that pays homage to the rich tradition of Juneteenth.
