Class will begin at 9:30am. Please bring your mat, water and any props or towels you may need. The store will be open following class for a private shopping experience. Light snacks will be provided.


Anthony & Nicole are a husband & wife yoga-teaching duo who relocated from OC, California to Denver in 2021. They are thrilled to be sharing their wisdom and knowledge with the Denver community through movement and personal growth practices. In addition to raising their 4 kids, Anthony is a leadership coach and endurance athlete and Nicole is a nurse.
