About this event

  • 5 hours

Making a nature mandala is a meditative and focussing activity that heightens your awareness of the environment and of yourself. With lots of flowers available to work with as well as vegetation from the surrounding forest, you will create both an individual and a group mandala. I will provide guidance from my experience of more than ten years of this practise of making nature mandalas. If you bring a phone or camera, you will take home photographs of the mandalas you create. I will also share suggestions of ways to use these photographs. Most importantly you will gain self awareness and the gift of insights from the flowers and plants.

A light vegetarian lunch and tea will be provided. We will be outdoors so wear sun protection and dress comfortably. If possible, bring water for yourself and a gathering basket to collect the elements you will use in your mandala.

Please note this is an outdoor activity, so in the case of inclement weather, it will be re-scheduled. You will be notified two days prior to the event of the change of date and a refund will be made if you cannot attend the new date.

Reiki Classes, Systemic Constellation Circles and Ki to Health Classes are events that I organize on Pender Island and sometimes in Vancouver or Victoria. I am passionate about discovering what prevents us from leading our best lives, where the energy is blocked, to free us to lead happier healthy lives. The work I do is for myself and those who participate, but even more it is for future generations and our Mother Earth. I love the deep sense of connection experienced through these classes and circles. You can learn more on my website or Facebook.
