Kathleen McLean is a fluently bilingual Professional Coach. She specializes in career development including interview preparation and leadership development. She has coached numerous clients from mid-level managers to EX 01 level from various departments in the Federal Public Service. Her approach is tailored to each client’s needs by exploring and identifying personal goals, identifying solutions to leadership challenges and setting objectives and concrete plans to advance their careers and be successful.

Kathleen started her coaching career following 36 years in the Public Service, the last ten of which were as a successful senior executive. She brings extensive experience in most Public Service disciplines including strategic business planning and corporate reporting, finance, and human resource management. She is also certified in Everything DiSC and SCHOR360.

Sandra Bobkin is a Certified Professional Coach who has immersed herself in specialized coaching areas like organizational systems, conversational intelligence, and positive psychology. Her adept guidance empowers clients on transformative journeys of growth and empowerment.
