5 Steps for Vendor Partner Registration - MCT Exchange 2019

1. Claim Your Sponsorship Package to Register Conference Attendees

This year, in order to maintain a client-majority conference attendance, only sponsors of the event will be invited to register conference attendees based on the allowances of sponsorship tier selections.

After claiming your sponsorship package, you will receive an email confirmation with a code to unlock your conference registrations. For more information, please view the sponsorship tiers below.

2. Register Your Conference Attendees

After claiming your sponsorship tier, you will be provided a code in email that will allow you to register any persons that will be attending the conference.

3. Book Hotel Accommodations - RESERVE YOUR ROOMS

MCT provides a discounted rate for hotel accommodations at the Hard Rock San Diego Hotel. Feel free to book your stay now, or you will be directed to book rooms after completing your complimentary registrations.

4. Submit Your Logo & Company Description

Please use this form to submit your company logo and description for Exchange marketing materials. If you are repeat sponsor, please use the form to authorize the reprint of last year's materials.

5. Pay Sponsorship Invoice

A sponsorship invoice will be sent to the primary sponsorship contact shortly after the sponsorship is claimed. For inquiries, please contact MCT's controller, Pam Manley, pmanley@mctrade.net.
