Meet Me in Little Italy Masterclass: Traditional Italian Pasta Making

Join Chef Daniela Crocco as she shares her Italian heritage by teaching a traditional Italian pasta making class where participants will be making pasta dough by hand. Participants will learn how to make the dough from scratch and form it into two different shapes with no machinery needed.

Be prepared to get a little messy as you learn and practice kneading techniques. At the end of the masterclass, you’ll go home with your pasta ready to cook at home!

About Daniela Crocco

Daniela Crocco is a holistic nutritionist and trained chef who works in clients homes in the Ottawa and surrounding area as a personal chef doing everything from meal prep, to intimate dinners and small events. She brings the chef experience to you! Daniela has her own cable TV show called Simply Cooking by MmmChef which is syndicated on local Rogers television stations across Eastern Canada.

• Standing, interactive, hands-on class (i.e., participants will work while standing).
• No equipment or machines will be used. Everything will be made by hand.
• Bring an apron if you don’t want your clothes to get food on them.
• All ingredients and supplies will be provided to each participant.
• Although Daniela will talk about possible swaps, the class itself will contain egg and gluten.
• No experience required.
