About this event

M illie's Milestones is a 4-week program for both caregivers and their preschooler.

This program focuses on strengthening connection, co-regulation skills, understanding behaviour, and building a healthy family culture.

In Module 1, you will learn how to:

  • Build a strong connection
  • Improve communication
  • Gain parenting strategies
  • Grow and practice together.
