About THRIVE

Mental health. It wasn’t a class at school. So where can Nova Scotians go to learn about mental health and well-being? The answer is “THRIVE.”

THRIVE is a virtual learning centre that helps Nova Scotians learn about mental health and well-being. Workshops are facilitated and co-created by people with lived experience, giving participants practical tools to support their own mental health and the mental health of others.

There’s no referral or diagnosis needed, and all sessions are fully online, so anyone can join from anywhere.
