Movement Exploration Dance Workshop

This month the movement exploration class will be led in collaboration by Sarah Mercer and Sahmrai.

For this collaboration, Sarah will be guiding the class through a blend of contemporary dance dance techniques to create heat and movement in the body.

Sahmrai will work with movement connected to the astrological sign Gemini, bringing focus to the nervous system, hands, lungs, and throat.
