Join Cheyenne for 3 days, 2 nights of movement + mindfulness. We’ll spend the weekend recharging through moving our bodies intentionally through yoga + pilates, breathing, meditating, spending time in nature, eating nourishing food + more.
Location: Nectar Yoga Retreat, Bowen Island (Nex̱wlélex̱m). Just a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay! Nectar is a Scandinavian inspired retreat centre, with beautiful and modern cottage accommodation built in the quiet of an alder forest. We’ll spend our time on the mat in the geometric dome, heated by a wood burning fireplace.
