A National Online Conversation - Ticketing and Summary Conviction Forms and Procedures

This session will provide an introductory description of procedures where an alleged offence has occurred, including:

• Summary conviction procedure - laying an information, offence notices, summons, and notices to appear.
• Who lays "charges" and what is the role of the First Nation government and officials.
