Can I share poetry I written outside of the session?

Yes, we have an open sharing portion at the end of the evening where folks can share pieces that either written in the space or prior. Folks that share also decide what kind of feedback or insight that they would like to obtain.

Do I have to be poet to attend? If not, do I have to write and share?

You do not have to a poet, although we believe that everybody in this world are poets, that title is not a requirement to participate in our sessions.

Do I need to buy Britta's book?

Do I have to stay the whole time?

Live your life. The session is broken down in three acts, any of those acts is really a full experience.
