Join us for a vinyasa yoga practice that will bring balance between your body, mind and soul while connecting with nature.

Our practice is beginner-friendly, and accompanied by meditation and breathwork that will leave you feeling relaxed and energized.

Meet us at the downtown side of Peace Bridge.
Please arrive on time to sign in by 6:15 PM, no late coming allowed.
Class goes from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Free parking on Memorial Drive and in Sunnyside.


Regular price:
Pay $10 - $ 20 in cash or e-transfer to harmonikflow@gmail.com prior to class.
Tickets are also available on Eventbrite.


May Special:
Pay $ 35 and get 4 outdoor sessions.
Must purchase by May 2nd. No refunds.


Sessions will be on Thursdays:
May 2, May, 9, May 16 & May 23


Bring your yoga mat or towel, water, and wear comfortable clothes.

Outdoor yoga in Prince's Island Park goes from May to August. It's a beginner-friendly flow for the whole body. Our practice includes meditation and breathwork that will leave you feeling relaxed and energized. We meet every Thursday evening at the downtown side of Peace Bridge at 6:15 PM.
