PCAP Days 2024

PCAP DAYS: Connect, Learn, Grow

We are excited to announce our upcoming PCAP Days held over 1.5 days this October. This gathering will provide an opportunity for all staff members to network, learn, and have fun!

Our goal is to create an inclusive and collaborative environment where all attendees regardless of experience level can learn from each other and create relationships within our organization. We believe that by sharing our expertise and resources, we can strengthen our collective abilities and achieve even greater success.

This event is open to all Alberta PCAP staff and partners.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Thursday, October 24 from 8:30AM-4:00PM

• includes continetal breakfast and a buffet lunch
• *bonus event* 5:00PM: Optional painting night with cash bar (registration required for paint materials)

Friday, October 25 from 8:30AM-1:00PM

• includes deluxe breakfast

PCAP Days will take place at the Sandman Hotel West Edmonton 17635 Stony Plain Rd, Edmonton, AB T5S 1E3. Free parking is available on site.

PLAN YOUR ATTENDANCE

This is a free conference for all interested PCAP staff in Alberta to attend. Travel and accommodations are not provided/compensated. However, a special room rate is availble when staying at the Sandman West at $119+taxes/night. To redeem, contact DOS_NAB@sandman.ca, mentioning you are booking for "PCAP Days in October."

CANCELLATION

This is a free event open to all PCAP supervisors and mentors, however if you need to cancel your attendance please make sure to do so via your Eventbrite account or by contacting main@alberta-pcap.ca no later than October 10, 2024.
