Join Ali teaching Pilates from her livingroom in Vancouver.

Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on the joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring the waistline in.

It improves alignment, balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture. All levels welcome as options are given for each exercise.

You'll need a mat, water, foam chip block (or small pillow or folded towel), yoga blocks and a theraband are optional.

This is a one-hour class.
