The Executive Committee cordially invites you to join us for the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Provincial Grand Lodge of BC&Y of the Royal Order of Scotland and Inter-Provincial Meeting. This is an opportunity to meet our Deputy Grand Master and Governor Ewan Rutherford and Knights from Europe, the USA, and from across Canada. All events except for the ladies' program will be held at the Sutton Place Hotel.
The celebration will commence with a Meet and Greet Friday, September 20th at 7 PM.
On Saturday, September 21st, the knights and candidates will reconvene with the Royal Order Assembly at 10 AM, followed by the conferral of the H.R.D.M., lunch, and the conferral of the Rosy Cross degree in the afternoon.
For the ladies, the program will also begin with the Meet and Greet on Friday evening. The Saturday morning program includes bus transportation to the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park Garden, followed by lunch at the Summit Room at Seasons in the Park and short bus tour before returning to the Sutton Place for the banquet. The formal banquet will be a served, three course meal with presentations between courses.

The room rate is $339 per night plus applicable taxes (Approximately $70) The group rate will be held until August 5th, 2024 if rooms are still available so booking early is highly recommended.
To receive the group rate, indicate you are making reservations for the “Royal Order of Scotland” if making reservations by telephone.

If you are interested in arriving before Friday or staying past Saturday, the Sutton Place is offering the group rate for several days pre and post event the dates will be visible on the booking calendar.
Booking now with your credit card ensures that you will have a room prior to the hotel releasing the rooms to the public on May 15, 2024. Should your plans change, you can cancel your booking per the hotel policy.
