Catulpa Children's Community Services OAP Family and Peer Mentor Program, presents Ready, Set, Summer! The Caregiver Connect Peer Group will be exploring recreation, inclusion and adaptive programs in Simcoe County. Supporting Caregivers of Children and Youth with Autism in accessing fun and creative activities and events this summer.

Participants must be registered with the Ontario Autism Program (https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-autism-program) in order to participate.
