Join us for a Tuesday evening of relaxation and connection.

This offering is a guided meditation by Andrea accompanied by Lorri playing crystal singing bowls and chimes at Serene Space downtown. Unit #301 buzzer, 4006.

No experience necessary, mats will be provided. Just bring yourself and anything you need to feel as comfortable as possible. Such as a light blanket, water bottle, your favorite mat or pillow (if you have) or maybe a pen and journal and comfortable clothes. :)
