Kristen is registered massage therapist (RMT), Reiki and Aqualead Master, Yoga and meditation teacher and Somatic Movement Teacher. Kristen is passionate about helping others feel good in their bodies and sharing practices that help you align your body, mind and spirit.
Kelly is a Reiki healer and certified Sound Practitioner. Kelly is passionate about creating a calm and soothing environment that encourages you to slow down, relax and reconnect with your mind, body and soul.
