Join us on Saturday, June 1st from 11:00am - 12:00pm for a deeply restoring sound bath With optional plant medicine.

During this sound journey I will be using crystal quartz singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowl, chimes, ocean drum and other healing instruments for a soothing and nervous system balancing experience.

Please bring: Pillow, optional eye cover or any of your favorite props like additional blankets, comfortable loose clothing and water bottle. Yoga mats and blankets are available for your use , feel free to bring your own if preferred.
