ROAD RUNNER ROAD RALLY RULES

1. Each member of your team must have a valid ticket for the event.

2. Each member of your team must fully complete and sign the Waiver Form. The members of your team will not be registered for the Road Runner Road Rally unless they have submitted a fully completed waiver form. Rally participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.

3. Registration begins at Corpus Christi Church, 1400 Cabana Rd. W. at 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2024. It is strongly recommended that you register no later than 5:40 p.m.

4. Each car, van or other vehicle will receive a packet of 9 clues and puzzles and 9 panic envelopes.

5. Detailed instructions of the format will be given at 5:45 p.m., prior to commencement of the Rally.

6. You will be instructed which side of Clue #1 to open at 6:00 p.m. SHARP. Best of luck to late arrivals!!!!

7. Clues are numbered in order and must be solved completely and sequentially.

8. Each clue envelope contains several copies of a puzzle which must be completely solved by the team. The solution to the puzzle will reveal a destination. The team must proceed to the stipulated destination and locate the clue that will indicate which side of the next clue envelope to open. Opening the wrong side of the envelope will result in a 10 minute penalty.

9. In the event you are unable to solve a clue, or just don’t have a clue, open the corresponding numbered panic envelope. It will tell you where to go for the next location. You will be penalized 20 minutes for the first panic envelope you open. Opening additional panic envelopes will cost you 25, 30, 35 minutes etc. respectively.

10. Upon reaching the final destination, each team must submit ONE complete set of solved puzzles, clue envelopes and panic envelopes numbered 1 to 9 in the envelope provided.

11. It is suggested that if you have not solved the final clue by 8:45 p.m., that you open the final panic envelope. It will tell you where the final destination location is for the reception and dinner. DINNER STARTS AT 9:00 P.M. SHARP!
