Rufus Lin & Manuel Bernaschek present: Fazioli Salon (Classical & Jazz)

This salon provides an opportunity to listen to talented young musicians below 30 in the Lower Mainland, and allows them to perform for new listeners in a concert setting.

The salon is presented by: (1) Rufus Lin, the Canadian classical composer/jazz pianist, and resident jazz artist at the Lulu Island Winery, who will also perform on his own Fazioli grand piano and (2) Manuel Bernaschek, owner of the two Showcase Fazioli piano stores at Aberdeen Centre and on Broadway in Vancouver.

From old-time jazz standards to the fiendishly difficult Rachmaninoff Third Piano Concerto (3rd movt), this rare combination of jazz and classical music in one concert by several young musicians promises to be an exciting and memorable event.

The salon will be held at the LuLu Island Winery in Richmond, BC.
