Whatever you like. No dress code.

Will it be loud?

Yes, the dance floor area will be loud with occasional flashing lights from the visuals. Earplugs are recommended if you are sensitive to loud sounds. The upstairs vendor area will be well lit and a bit quieter.

Can I hug people and take their photo?

You need to ask first and respect their response.
