Join us to See the World through Art, Yoga and Mindfulness at our Mini-Retreat! Enjoy an afternoon of exploration through the senses, and movement, through the experience of visual art and mindfulness practices, reflection and connection, to refresh and enrich your vision of the world within and around you.

- Registration is required. Capacity is limited so register early.
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and shoes for walking.
- If you have a yoga mat please bring it.
- Props (blocks or straps) you might normally bring to a yoga class are optional.
- A limited number of mats will be available if you don't have your own.
- The yoga movement and poses are accessible to all.
- Individuals may use a chair for support if working on a yoga mat is not an option.
- You may wish to bring a pen and paper or journal.
- Light refreshments and a nature break will be provided.
- Free parking is available at the south end of the Canadian Mennonite University Campus.
