In this class we will learn:

- The biology of the seed

-How to choose seeds

-The difference between open pollinated, hybrid and GMO seeds, and why it matters

-The difference between annual, biennial and perennial plants and how that affects seeds

-Which plants warrant its seeds being saved

-How to save seeds from different crops

-How to store seeds for a longer shelf life

Seeds you save yourself are adapted to your particular ecosystem, and you can continually improve the crops you grow by saving seed year after year.
