Mental health is just as important as physical health! Taking care of ourselves (self-care) can be a challenge, especially when we are under stress. Entrepreneurs often experience heightened stress of starting a new business on their own as overwhelming, isolating, and discouraging.

About your instructor: Jenine Lillian is a neurodivergent entrepreneur, consultant, educator, artist & librarian. They are lay-ordained in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition and certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher. Jenine loves building community through small group instruction.
