About: From @samiammontolla: This workshop will focus on speaking with our arms, bodies, connection to ourselves and music. The Sound Healing approach is really getting to listen to ourselves and what we are feeling. Leaning in what we are trying to express when we move.

Waacking will be used in conjunction with this approach and is not considered strictly a Waacking workshop.
