Solastalgia presents 4 seasoned improv facilitators supporting the evening with exercises and activities that are approachable and easy to follow along. No improv experience is necessary! We will be incorporating climate change into the theme to make it extra fun! As well, at the end of the event our Improvers will put on a Show just for us! Join us for an evening of connection and learning! Light snacks will be provided.

Frequently asked questions

What if I've never done Improv before?

That is totally okay! This is a beginner friendly event, come open-minded and we will help you with the rest. Most important is that you have fun and be yourself.

What if I'm a seasoned Improver?

Seasoned improvers are welcome to join, in fact - the more the merrier. We would love to have people of all levels join which makes it easier on the newbies.

What is the show at the end of the event!

We have 4 seasoned improv facilitators leading this evening, at the very end of our event - they will preform an intimate show for us. Highlighting their skills while we sit back and watch! It will be a beautiful ending to a fun event!

What if during the event I feel uncomfortable?

Don't worry, at any time you are more than welcome to observe, play or not play. The most important thing is you come. If at anytime you feel uncomfortable - any and all activities can be watched from the sideline. We are happy to have you join us in whatever capacity you feel comfortable!

This venue is located in South Vancouver - Moberly is a community cultural hub located in South East Vancouver at 60th and Prince Albert (2 blocks East of Fraser at 60th).
