About this event

  • 2 hours 30 minutes

The gorgeous St. John’s Anglican Church is ready to be filled with the beautiful sounds of East Coast Music. New to Small Halls audiences, Halifax ensemble ‘The Bombadils’ (2024 ECMA Rising Star Recording nominees) offer tender string-arrangements (harp! violin! guitar!) and sophisticated folk tunes, which have earned them 3 Canadian Folk Music Award nominations. CBC Q’s Tom Power calls Kellie Loder ‘the next big thing out of Newfoundland’. The Juno-nominated artist and Canada’s Got Talent runner-up is fresh off a new album and has been wowing audiences across the country. Earning Songwriter of the Year at the 2023 ECMA’s, Kellie’s songs strike a nerve with a voice and stage presence that’ll knock you over. Your Thursday treat awaits with Small Halls!
