Join Ali teaching Stretch & Relax from her livingroom in Vancouver.
Choreographed to beautiful music this rejuvenating class combines stretching techniques from exercise physiology, dance and yoga to lengthen muscles, improve range of motion, enhance balance and prevent injury. Stretch progressions are given making this class suitable for all flexibility levels. Not only great for the body but also wonderful for the mind.
You'll need a mat, water, foam chip block (or small pillow or folded towel) and a theraband.
Sometimes we massage the feet with a tennis ball.
Optional: yoga blocks.
60 min class.
