    What if it rains?

    We proceed rain or moonshine. Should there be lightning or severe weather, we would ask that you remain in your vehicle or seek other shelter until the storm passes and then the walk would begin.

    How long does each ghost walk tale?

    Each ghost walk lasts for approximately an hour and a half of easy walking.

    How old should a child be to participate in this ghost walk?

    That depends upon the maturity of the individual child but generally around age 10 or 11 is advisable.

    The Kent Historical Society has existed since 1912 and offers free programs in Studio One of the Chatham Cultural Centre on a monthly basis from September to May except for December and February. Each program highlights a different aspect of Chatham and area's past with speakers on a variety of historical topics.
