Connect with nature and yourself in this serene setting. No experience necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to unwind.
Sound Meditation is an immersive meditation experience, where participants are bathed in sound waves. The frequencies from the alchemy crystal singing bowls facilitate shifts in brain states from a more active state to a relaxed or even dreamlike state. The parasympathetic nervous system is activated, allowing the body to rest. The experience evokes a sense of deep listening, first to the sound of the bowls, and then to the inner landscape of our hearts (where wisdom resides). Gentle guidance and a sacred container of safety facilitates release and restoration.
You will be invited into a supportive position for this experience either laying down or seated. Please bring what you need you to feel comfortable: yoga mat, pillow, eye covering, meditation cushion, blanket etc.
