Pacific Sands Beach Resort and Taste of Tofino’s Chef Ronnie Lee present the Rainforest Dinner Series, a weekly west coast culinary experience at Pacific Sands’ Rainforest Tent from May 19th to September 26th. From long table dining and a delicious, locally sourced menu to live music and signature wines and spirits, come celebrate the best of Tofino.
COASTAL SURF + TURF
Guests are invited to settle into a 4 course, prix fixe menu beneath a canopy of towering trees in the Rainforest Tent with optional BC wine + spirit pairings, live music, and candle lit ambiance:
- 6:00 PM – Reception, Bar, + Music
- 6:45 PM – First Course (salads + shellfish)
- 7:30 PM – Main Courses (surf + turf)
- 8:15 PM – Dessert
Wine and Spirits will rotate week to week, varietal and vineyard.
Exclusive to guests of Pacific Sands Beach Resort, the Rainforest Dinner Series is available for a limited seating of 36 guests select nights May through September:

- June 6, 16, 20, 29
- July 4, 11, 18, 25
- August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
- September 5, 12, 19, 26
This event is a 19+ event. Guests must present a valid ID for verification.
Wine Pairings and individual drinks are available for purchase under ‘Beverages' for each reserved order.
The venue is the Rainforest Tent at Pacific Sands, located a short 2 minute walk from the Guest Services building.
The path to the tent is gravel as is the "floor" of the tent, so would be accessible for all terrain/rugged mobility devices.
Washrooms are located behind the guest services building, there is a single step to access them.
Ticket Sales Close at 11:59pm the day before each event.

Taxes and fees extra
Purchase of a reservation allows the event holder permission to document the evening with photography or videos that could be used for future promotional materials.
Please Drink Responsibly. If we feel as though guests are getting intoxicated they will be asked to leave in compliance with BC liquor laws. No refund will be provided.

Yes, we ask that you provide us with your reservation confirmation code upon purchase. If the code provided does not match the records of the resort, reservation tickets are voided and subject to cancellation.
Yes. This dining experience is exclusive to 19+ guests
Yes, each order will ask for 'Beverages' and you are able to purchase individal (alcoholic/non alcoholic) drinks on eventbrite. Individual drinks are subject to availability, individual glasses of wine can be selected night of from that weeks choice. You are purchasing per order (entire group).
Yes, wine pairings and drinks (alcoholic or non alcoholic) will be available for purchase at the dinner. Subject to availability. Debit/Credit only.
Yes. We want to make this dining experience as inclusive as possible for all dietary restrictions and allergies. There will be an opportunity to leave notes about dietary restrictions upon purchase of this ticket. To gaurantee accomodations we ask that you give us lots of time to prepare.
No, we will have assigned seating for each event. If you're hoping to sit close to another reservation please let us know the other reservation holders name upon purchase of your ticket! We'll try our best to seat you together!
